Budgeted Scalp and Hair care

The basic is still to take care of once health by
  • drinking a lot of water,
  • eating right,
  • having regular exercise and
  • sleeping well.
If somehow, that cannot be achieved and there is not enough budget for the full range of high standard hair care services and products, please read on ……

For myself, I normally use Palmolive (Nourishing & Detangling), it's a shampoo and conditioner. Although some says that don't use those shampoo and conditioner because it would not clean properly. For me, it still ok.

Once in a while, I went for Scalp treatment. I did once every two months or when I have no budget, I will only do it once every 6 months. For preventing hair lost, I sometimes used KEUNE, P13 KOMPLEX (spray type; black color) but my hubby likes UNIQUE professional, Refreshing Scalp lotion (spray type; pink color : P). He also used GERVAS Grey Away to help darken grey hair gradually and evenly(conditioner type).

Recently I just bought KREASTASE for controlling oil at the root. I know that in the past, I used the KERASTASE anti-dandraf and it was effective. So I am looking forward to see the result. Although I was advised to use the conditional for my hair too, but since I did not have the budget, I give PRIORITY to my SCALP first knowing that healthy hair grow from the healthy scalp.

Whatever product you are using,
  • do not scratch scalp with finger NAILs. It feels good for a while but make more harm than good
  • do not use water that is too hot for washing hair,
  • when finish washing your hair, shower your hair with water in low temperature to tighter the pores in your scalp, this will help to prevent dropping too much hair.
  • And for ladies, do not tie your hair too tight or too long.
