Simple tips on weight control

After reading some of the books written by Dr. F. Batmanghelidj Phenome, I have been practicing some of his recommendation and found that it helps in many ways, especially my growing concern of my own body weight.

With my working lifestyle and age, I am having trouble to keep my weight in good control. I know I need to exercise more and eat healthily, but did not have enough determination to carry out the good practice due to stress and lack of time. Now, by just drinking more water, it helps me to suppress my appetite, in directly, it helps me to stabilize my growing weight. I found that it is much more easier to discipline myself to drink a few more cups of water.

According to Slim-eating secrets in a book written by Daphne Oz, in order to get the benefit, it is recommended that one should drink half of the body weight in ounces of water (a 200-pound person would drink 100 ounces a day ). Believe it or not, it cost near to nothing to try!
