Between Jobs
I have created a few blogs accounts and found that this particular one has a highest hit rate. I have not update this blog for more than 20 months (the last time I actively update this blog was when I was between job). Well now that I am between job again, thought I should pick this back up.
When my contract with my employer ended, and my boss tactfully told me that they found someone to replace me, I felt hurt, sad and worry. Worry about my 29 years of mortgage and the expenses of the family. Emotionally, I was like a deflated balloon. I did cried every now and than even go into depression some times.
Now, I have over come all those negative felling. I try to keep myself busy by :
1) Involve in some local social clubs
2) Sign up a course at the local university
3) Exercise
Yes, exercise really helps a lot. Every morning, I would wake up at about the same time as I am going to work and sweat it out. This give me a sense of accomplishing a task and feel satisfied. Over the weeks, with the improvement of my own stamina, I feel healthier and happier.
Oh well, until I get another job, I hope to keep this as my jobless diary and see how far this will take me. At the same time, I am seeking feedback for this from those who had or having the same experience. Cheers.
